IAENG Society of Information System Engineering

ISISE Mission

The IAENG Society of Information System Engineering (ISISE) is organized for the engineers and the scholars in the information system engineering discipline. Through regularly scheduled conferences and workshops on the Information System Engineering, the IAENG Society of Information System Engineering serves as a forum for networking, information sharing, idea exchange and problem solving for the information system engineering community.

The information system engineering discipline cover these current areas:

* Business domain that represents the core of the IS. Actors can be both business expert or business analysts.
* Conceptual domain, which is the representation of the different business aspects and their conceptualization. The main goal is to provide a clear organizational environment view in order to provide the best solution.
* IT domain that represents the computerized engineering part. From the results of the first two stages, the IT level has a complete view of the requested IS.

The goal of the ISISE Society will be to regroup different actors concerned by IS project areas such business analysts, designers and developers. Such consortium will facilitate the establishment of a long-term collaboration and building a knowledge repository. This repository will be used to promote IS and more specifically the IS innovation in order to answer to the rapid change in the organization environment.

ISISE Task

The committee members of the IAENG Society of Information System Engineering can voluntarily organize different activities for its Society members, and take part in organizing the IAENG conferences and workshops. Currently, the IAENG Society of Information System Engineering takes part in the organizing of the IAENG conferences. The IAENG conferences serve as good platforms for the information system engineering community members to meet with each other and to exchange ideas.

About IAENG

The International Association of Engineers (IAENG) is a non-profit international association for the engineers and the computer scientists. IAENG has been found by a group of engineers and computer scientists from over thirty different countries. The IAENG members include research center heads, faculty deans, department heads, professors, research scientists/engineers, experienced software development directors and engineers, and university postgraduate and undergraduate students, etc. The IAENG goals are to promote the co-operation between the professionals in various fields of the engineering and to cultivate an environment for the advance and development of the technology.
