Draft Manuscript Submission

WCE 2009 is now accepting manuscript submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit their draft paper in full paper (any appropriate style) to WCE@iaeng.org by 2 March, 2009. The submitted file can be in MS Word format, PS format, or PDF formats.

The first page of the draft paper should include: (1) Title of the paper; (2) Name, affiliation and e-mail address for each author; (3) A maximum of 5 keywords of the paper. Also, the name of the conference that the paper is being submitted to should be stated in the email.

The authors are advised to submit their manuscripts for reviewing when their drafts are ready, instead of waiting till the submission deadline.  It is our target that the reviewing process for each submitted manuscript can be completed within four weeks from its submission. Then, the participants can have more time to prepare for their conference registration etc. An acknowledgement email for the receipt of the submitted papers will be sent within three working days. If the authors have not received the acknowledgement emails or the result notification emails within the above specific periods, they can contact us by email at WCE@iaeng.org.

The camera-ready manuscripts can be prepared with the WCE 2009 Proceeding Templates. And, the camera-ready manuscript with its assigned paper number can be sent to WCE@iaeng.org in pdf format or in MS Word format.

About WCE 2009

The WCE 2009 is organized by the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), a non-profit international association for the engineers and the computer scientists. The conference has the focus on the frontier topics in the theoretical and applied engineering and computer science subjects. The conferences serve as good platforms for our members and the entire engineering community to meet with each other and to exchange ideas. Our conference committees have been formed with over three hundred and sixty co-chairs and committees members who are mainly research center heads, faculty deans, department heads, professors, and research scientists from over 20 countries. The last conferences have attracted more than four hundred participants from over 30 countries
