The conference will be held at the South Kensington campus, Imperial College London, in London, U.K., with any overflows at other near-by hotels. Imperial's South Kensington campus can claim to be London's premier academic conference venue and is situated in one of the capital's finest locations, adjacent to such landmarks as The Royal Albert Hall and the Science, Natural History and Victoria & Albert Museums, with Harrods and Hyde Park just a short walk away.

The South Kensington campus is a Central London conference venue, situated in the heart of London's cultural heartland, South Kensington. By Underground - Nearest Station: South Kensington

  1. At South Kensington Station turn right into the subway sign-posted for the museums.
  2. Walk past the Science Museum Shop and continue for 5 minutes until you reach the very end of the Subway.
  3. At the exit turn left up Exhibition Road and walk for 1 minute. You will now be at the main entrance to the South Kensington campus.

Travel to South Kensington:

From Heathrow airport :
Take the Underground train (Piccadilly Line) to South Kensington station (50 minutes travelling time). Alternatively, one can take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station and from there change to the Underground (Circle or District Line; eastbound) to South Kensington.

 From Gatwick airport :
Take a British Rail train to Victoria station (journey time 40 minutes) and then by Underground train (Circle or District Line; westbound) to South Kensington. Both airports are some distance from central London and a taxi is relatively expensive.

From Continental Europe, via Eurostar  train to Waterloo station :
From Waterloo take the Jubilee line (northbound) to Westminster station. Change to District or Circle line (westbound) to South Kensington station (journey time 15 minutes).

 By Bus :
9,10 or 52 - Royal Albert Hall
14, 74 or C1 - Victoria and Albert Museum
49 - Gloucester Road
70 - Queen's Gate
9A - Prince Consort Road
